Our Dedicated Rehab Unit Consists of:

Rehibilitation Nursing: Implementing each resident's plan of care.
Occupational Therapy: Activity based therapy promoting independence in self-care.
Physical Therapy: Setting goals toward increasing function- based mobility and safety.
Speech Therapy: Assess and treat individuals with communication and comprehension disorders, cognitive defects and swallowing disabilities.
Dietician: Insures that our residents are receiving the necessary nutrition.
Social Services: Supports current issues and discharge planning.
